Wedding Table Seating Chart
You’ve spent ages creating your dinner seating plan and now you need an easy and efficient way for guests to find their seat.
Three popular design styles are:
TABLE SEATING CHART. Divide the sign into table numbers, and list your guest names under their respective table number.
ALPHABETICAL SEATING PLAN. List your guest names in alphabetical order with their table number next to their name.
HANGING SEATING CHART. Hang a separate card for each table, on strings and/or in a frame. List your guest names for each table and optionally stand a duplicate of each card on the respective table.
If you’re happy for your guests to sit anywhere on the table, rather than put a place card at their table setting, you could set up escort cards next to your seating chart for them to take their name card with them to the table.
